This gentleman ran marathons, yet had overdeveloped male chest area. On my examination of the area, it seemed at least 50% was fatty as opposed to hard glandular. He was offered both smartlipo and direct excision, but chose smartlipo alone, and these pictures show the possible improvement with smartlipo male chest area
