“Puffy nipples” bother patients that are even thin and athletic. Often their friends and family don’t comprehend this cosmetic concern as it is minor to them. Certainly the problem is minor, but so is the procedure. I often tell my patients that if you have been bothered by this for a number of years, do consider the procedure as it is quick, safe, and you will likely enjoy the results very much.
