It is best to think of the buttock as the painting, and the lower back/flank (“lovehandle”) region as part of the frame. Sometimes, but not in this patient,the outer thigh makes part of the frame. By reshaping the frame via a reduction liposculpture, and reshaping the paining by selective addition, a very impressive difference in aesthetics occurs.
