In this staged procedure on this Northern Virginia Male Liposuction patient, we performed lower back/flank (“lovehandle”) smartlipo one day, and about a week later, perfromed abdominal smartlipo lipo. This way the patient could tolerate easily the extensive transformation since we did this under local anesthesia.
