This patient had a “mini” or “s” type incision lift. This was done under straight local anesthetic per the patient’s preference. The patient is pictured at about 6 months out. Previously and without sucess, she had tried elsewhere a “thread lift”. This case demonstrates the dramatic rejuvenation that can occur when a patient has excess skin.
