‘Giganticomastia’ is a term sometimes used to describe massive macromastia, unrelated to weight size. This condition is severely debilitating. It can be corrected via a breast reduction. In this patient, this was corrected with a breast reduction surgery. Advanced breast reduction surgeries are sometimes covered by insurance.
