This patient had breast implants in her twenties, with a circumareolar lift. Over time, and after children, the breasts sagged, and in her fifties she actually preferred smaller breasts. we removed the old breast implants, performed a removal of capsule (capsulectomy), and a vertical pattern breast lift to rejuvenate her breasts (also performed a tummy tuck).
