This patient underwent awake liposuction of the abdomen, lower back flanks, with small volume (about 500cc) fat grafting to each buttock region, results are shown at the three months mark. Incisions, still bright red, are well demonstrated, and are expected to fade to a white imperceptible color of the next 6 months.
