This thin woman desired breast enhancement, but absolutely did not want breast implants (Dr. Khalifeh’s preferred method to obtain breast augmentation). In such cases, we can consider fat grafting to the breasts. She obtained liposuction of the abdomen and flanks and 400 cc fat graft to each breast. Results are shown at 5 months post surgery.
