5’4, 108 lb : this Washington DC Silicone Breast Implant patient had a 275 cc Silicone Moderate Plus Breast Implants placed thru a Periareolar (around the nipple) incision, and submuscular (underneath the muscle). 275 cc to 300cc is the maximum usually that we can place thru the periareolar approach, should the patient prefer that approach.
