What is it?:  The brazilian buttock "lift" is a combination of liposuction/liposculpture in which fat is removed, and fat transfer in which the fat is processed and reinjected into the buttocks. the incisions are very similar to the ones used in liposuction.  the fat has to be removed in a gentler fashion than in traditional liposuction.  The processed fat is then injected into the buttocks in small dropplets.

Is it Permanent?:  the permanence of the results is directly related to the expertise of the surgeon.  It is inevitable that some of the transferred fat will resorb, but permanent transfer rates of up to 70% are possible.

How much does it Cost: Dr. Khalifeh charges 9,000 for a brazilian buttock lift.  Liposuction of up to 3 liters is included in order to collect the fat needed.

What are the risks?:  Like all surgeries, the brazilian buttock lift carries risks, including but not limited to infection, bleeding, scarring, pain.

what about the recovery:?  you will need 10 days to 2 weeks off of work.  you will need to sleep on your stomach, and minimize whenever possible, extended sitting untill the fat takes in its new position.
